Rubber Components

Natural rubber is made from latex, and a part of the rubber contained in the latex is left in the natural rubber of the solid. The natural rubber contains 92%-95% of the rubber hydrocarbons, but not the rubber hydrocarbons accounted for 5%-8%. As a result of different methods, the origin of different and even the season of rubber, the proportion of these components may be different, but basically within the scope.

Protein can promote the vulcanization of rubber, anti-aging. On the other hand, the protein has strong water absorption, can cause the rubber to absorb the tide mold, the insulation drop, the protein also has the disadvantage which increases the heat-resistance.

Acetone extract is a number of high-grade fatty acids and sterols, some of which are natural antioxidant and promoter role, and some can help the powder mixture in the process of mixing dispersed and soften the role of raw rubber.

Ash mainly contains magnesium phosphate and calcium phosphate salts, there is a small amount of copper, manganese, iron and other metal compounds, because these valence metal ions can promote rubber aging, so their content should be controlled.

The moisture in the dry gum is not more than 1%, it can evaporate in the process, but too much water content, not only will make the raw rubber storage process easily moldy, but also affect the processing of rubbers, such as mixing agent easy to knot, calendering, pressure out of the process prone to bubbles, during the vulcanization process to produce bubbles or sponge-like.
